Yes, we only employ human beings at Driven. We had to let the chimpanzees go due to poor work attendance. Don’t worry, we hear they’ve been picked up by a competitor. All kidding aside, at Driven, someone is always available to answer your call, day or night, year round. We don’t believe in an automated answering system because we want to be there when you need us. This is not an example of inefficiency, however.
